The absence of your DSLR RAW format from this list does not necessarily mean that Picture Porter does not support viewing for the particular format. Please kindly email support@digitalfoci.com both the RAW file and JPEG file from your camera, and we will verify the compatibility for you.

* RAW format support means that Picture Porter 35 will be able to decode and display the JPG image embedded in each RAW file. You will be able to zoom, pan, rotate, and adjust your viewing of this image based on the resolution of the embedded JPG.

** For RAW formats with inaccurate color representation, we will make every effort to improve the color display, but cannot make any guarantee that it will be improved at this time. In cases where the inaccuracies of the decoding can be improved, you will be able to update your Picture Porter to support any improvements by installing periodic firmware updates available at our Support page. Please be assured that for images displayed with inaccurate color representation, the integrity of the original images will not be affected.
