us for a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Once issued, RMA
numbers are valid for 14 calendar days within which Digital Foci must receive
return products. Returns received after that time period may be refused.

proper delivery. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit. It is the customer's
responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event
