Warranty Information

As the original purchaser of a Digital Foci product, you receive this warranty from Digital Foci, Inc.

Your Device will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will perform in substantial compliance with your user documentation accompanying the Device for 1 year from the purchase date providing proper use of the Device.

Your warranty rights will be honored so long as you read and follow your user documentation for all aspects of operating the Device. Any unauthorized or improper use of the Device may cause your warranty to become void.

Disclaimer: This limited warranty is the only warranty Digital Foci, Inc. makes for the Device. To the extent allowed by Law, no other warranty applies, whether expressed, implied, or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, or of non-infringement. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or consequential or incidental loss. Under no conditions is Digital Foci, Inc. liable for loss of or damage to, a computer; nor loss of, or damage to, programs, records, or data; nor any consequential or incidental damages, even if Digital Foci, Inc. has been informed of their possibility.


How to Request Warranty or Repair Service 

1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number:

To send in an item for inspection and repair, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call us at toll-free 888-669-3624 or 310-763-9100. We are unable to accept repairs without prior authorization and an RMA number.

Please include the following information in your RMA request:

  • Your name
  • Telephone number
  • Return shipping address
  • Store where the item was purchased 
  • Order number (if ordered directly from Digital Foci)
  • Order date
  • Product name / Model number
  • Product serial number
  • Issue you are experiencing with the product

We will email you the RMA Number once your return request has been authorized.  


2. Ship the merchandise back to us:

Please prominently display the RMA number on the shipping label of box containing the merchandise to be inspected and repaired. The address to send your item to is:

Please send your return within 14 days from the date your RMA number was issued. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.

We recommend you ship via insured ground service such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS, with a tracking number, and email the tracking number to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Digital Foci is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a lost shipment until a replacement product has been shipped.


3. Receive your repaired or replaced merchandise:

Our typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email with tracking information on the shipment when your repaired or replaced merchandise is shipped back to you.

In the case that the item is out of warranty or not covered by warranty due to operational error, we will contact you about any repair charge that might incur before proceeding with the actual repair.
