Warranty Information


As the original purchaser of this product, you receive this warranty from Digital Foci, Inc.

Your Device will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will perform in substantial compliance with your user documentation accompanying the Device for 1 year from the purchase date providing proper use of the Device.

Your warranty rights will be honored so long as you read and follow your user documentation for all aspects of operating the Device. Any unauthorized or improper use of the Device may cause your warranty to become void.

Instructions for sending in the item for inspection and repair:

1. Obtain a RMA number

To send in an item for inspection and repair, please contact us for a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 14 calendar days within which Digital Foci must receive return products. Returns received after that time period may be refused. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.

We are unable to accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.

To obtain the RMA number, please email us at rma@digitalfoci.com or call us at 888-669-3624 or 310-763-9100. Please include the following information in your e-mail:

» Order number
» Product name
» Model number
» Serial number
» Issues you are experiencing with the product

2. Ship the product back to us

Please prominently display the RMA number on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. The address to send your return to is:

We advise that you ship the product back to us via UPS or FedEx to ensure proper delivery. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a 'lost' shipment until a credit has been issued or a replacement product has been shipped.

3. Receive Your Repaired or Replaced Merchandise:

Our typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days. We will contact you for credit card information for payment, if applicable, or items out of warranty or items damaged due to operational error. You will be notified via email with the appropriate tracking information on your replacement shipment.

This limited warranty is the only warranty Digital Foci, Inc. makes for the Device. To the extent allowed by Law, no other warranty applies, whether expressed, implied, or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, or of non-infringement. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or consequential or incidental loss. Under no conditions is Digital Foci, Inc. liable for loss of or damage to, a computer; nor loss of, or damage to, programs, records, or data; nor any consequential or incidental damages, even if Digital Foci, Inc. has been info rmed of their possibility.
